What happens when we provide opportunities for GenZ’s to understand the various careers in Manufacturing? Better yet, when we provide networking events where students can talk one-on-one with businesses about skill sets and educational needs? We are planting seeds and helping to foster career goals that may yield local returns beyond measure. Mercer County’s 6th annual Business & Industry Career Fair has been laying the groundwork for nearly 1000 high school underclassmen every year to help them start planning for their future.
