Pine Electronics welcomed two new employees to the team on April 8, 2019. These additions are a result of all three PINE companies (Pine Research, Pine Electronics, & Pine Test Equipment) experiencing healthy organic growth. Being able to cautiously respond to economic and business growth without over staffing is where the talent and experience of an excellent Human Resource Manager is well served. Robin Vaughn, HR Manager, (pictured far right) has been an integral part in filling positions with the best candidates while preserving the highly-coveted work culture. Robin has developed an effective on-boarding process where new hires feel welcomed, they understand the company culture, and observe why few employees (once hired) rarely leave.
Melissa Johnson (left) has joined a strong and seasoned team of electronics assemblers. Melissa formerly worked at Wendell August Forge as an assembler and lives in Harrisville, Pennsylvania.
Jody Hovis (right) has filled the machinist position. Jody most recently worked at JM Eagle Manufacturing and is a prior Instron employee. Jody lives in Franklin, Pennsylvania.
At the time of this posting, Pine continues its pursuit for the right candidates who will grow and succeed in the unique work culture that PINE has built. Information on open opportunities can be found at PINE Careers. Pine believes that we are successful when we LEAD with COMPASSION, FOLLOW with RESPECT, INTERACT with INTEGRITY, LABOR with DILIGENCE, and INVEST with WISDOM.
